Murder She Wrote: Close-Up on Murder (REVIEW)

Murder She Wrote Close-up on Murder

Author:  Donald Bain
Category: Mystery
Suitable for: Young teen to adult
My Rating: 5
Format Read for Review: Hardback Book
Pages: 278

Description: Jessica writes a book about the murder of a judge. The book is sold to be turned into a movie, only for there to be another murder on the movie set. Jessica is busy script writing and dealing with her friends in Cabot Cove who are trying to get acting parts in the movie while also trying to help the sheriff solve the murder. Was it someone from the past or someone from the movie crew.

In Short: I loved how this book has a lot of characters and twists. It jumps you between the past and present. I was guessing who the killer was until the very end.

Pros: The setting is in Cabot Cove which like the show is always my favorite location for the Murder She Wrote stories. There are a lot of interesting characters and exciting events.

Cons: I had no notable issues with this book.
